Chargebacks occur when a card owner contacts their bank and disputes a payment, causing a reversed payment to the card that was billed.
All payments taken from our members bank accounts will appear as Venntro.net on their bank statement. Chargebacks may occur when a member see's Venntro.net and does not recognise the company, or believes it is fraudulent and therefore contacts their bank to charge back the payment.
If the card owner contacts their bank to dispute the payment, the bank will send us a chargeback notice. This means that we have to reverse (refund), or ‘charge back’, the payment to the card that was billed.
The value of the chargeback itself is split between the partner and White Label Dating.com as is stated in the revenue share agreement.
