What do the Portal Key Metrics mean?

The Key Metrics within the Partner Portal will give you a better understanding of how your traffic is behaving and allow you to optimise campaigns effectively IF you know what everything means...

Below are a full list of definitions from the Key Metrics Partner Portal Report.

Full Count - The opening number of full (paying) members during that time period

New Basics - Sign ups/ Registrations - Number of members who have created a free basic account

Downgrades - Number of members who have cancelled their paid subscription and dropped down to basic membership

Initials - Paying/Full members - Number of members who have upgraded their account to a paid subscription

Re-Initials - Initials that has downgraded to Basic membership, then re-upgraded to become a Full member again

Re-Bills - A Full member that has not cancelled their subscription and therefore will re-bill with our subscription service (how often they are re-billed will depend on the subscription package they opted for initially (1,3,6)

Bolton - Paid add-ons to purchase on site. These include - Search VIP, Read notification, Contact for free, Read for free

Initial Cash/Revenue* - The cash or revenue generated from Initials in the selected time period

Re-Initial Cash/Revenue* - The cash or revenue generated from Re-Initials in the selected time period

Re-Bill Cash/Revenue* - The cash or revenue generated from Re-Bills in the selected time period

Credits - N/A - these are no longer available and will appear blank on your report

Bolton Cash/Revenue* - The cash or revenue generated from Bolt-Ons

Refunds - The revenue refunded to the members in the selected time period

Chargebacks - The revenue charged-back by a user's bank. Find out why here

Total Cash/Revenue* - The sum of Initial, Re-Initial, Re-bill and Bolt on revenues, after Refunds and Chargebacks have been deducted
