Why have I not been paid?

There are a couple of reasons you may not have been paid. You might not have met the threshold, or you might not have entered the correct bank details.

If you have not received a payment, it may be that we don’t have the correct banking details for you or that you didn't meet our minimum payout threshold of £200 (equivalent) if you're generating currencies that are not GBP.

You can check your bank details in the Partner Portal's Account tab.

Don't forget, you need to select all the currencies that will be paid into this bank account. These currencies should reflect the territories you have sites in.
